During our July Freedom Cycling Challenge, we will ride to remember the freedoms we have in our great country.<\/p>\n<p>July&#8217;s challenge is to ride 245 KM (152.2 miles) and remember all of the things that make our United States great!<\/p>\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tThe \n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>Challenge yourself to get on your bike and ride 245 KM during the month of !<\/p>\t\t\n\t<h2>Rider Guidelines<\/h2>\n<h3>Share the Fun with Others&#8230;<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>For Facebook Users: <\/strong>Take a Selfie of yourself (or your bike during your ride) and join the conversation in the Facebook group using the <strong><\/strong>\u00a0hashtag.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Strava Users: <\/strong>Join the Strava challenge group so we can share in your cycling victories!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Track Your Progress<\/h3>\n<p>Track your rides during the month with the app of your choice (Strava, Map my Ride, Garmin, etc.) and submit your cycling stats once you complete the challenge.<\/p>\n<h3>Adult Rider Prize<\/h3>\n<p>Adult riders who complete the challenge and submit their ride evidence before the deadline can claim their decal badges for $5. Follow all of the COVID-19 recommendations from your local community and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CDC<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tracking Your Rides.<\/strong> We&#8217;re not going to scrutinize your ride evidence under a microscope, but you do have to submit it to be eligible to receive a patch. Generally, the minimum ride evidence you will be asked to submit is the total number of miles ridden during the challenge. Screenshots and selfies are completely optional&#8230;but encouraged on Facebook and Strava. If you don&#8217;t have the technology to track your ride on an app or smart device, simply map it out on Google maps and send a screen shot of the route and mileage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Use Your Best Judgement.<\/strong> The purpose of the monthly challenge isn&#8217;t to parse the rules and call out every loophole. Use your best judgement and let your conscience be your guide. If unsure, ask in the monthly challenge Facebook group. At the end of the day only you will know if you honestly earned the patch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be Nice.<\/strong> The purpose of these monthly challenges is to have fun and build some community around a common goal. You can live anywhere to participate in the challenge. However, patches will only be mailed to addresses in the United States.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhere can I ride?\n\t\t\t\t<p>While we encourage you to ride on any of the many beautiful trails in your community, you can ride on trail or roads to complete the challenge.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tCan I purchase decals without completing the challenge?\n\t\t\t\t<p>No. Decals are exclusively for challenge participants who complete the ride and provide evidence of their participation in the challenge.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tCan I get multiple decals if I complete the challenge multiple times?\n\t\t\t\t<p>Yes, you may complete the challenge and submit evidence for up to two (2) completions of the challenge. Submit all of your ride evidence one time using the form at the bottom of this page. Two (2) sets of decals can be purchased for $7.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tIs there a deadline for purchasing my patch?\n\t\t\t\t<p>Yes, all patches must be purchased on or before the 7th of the month following the challenge.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tCan I pay for the decals with cash or check?\n\t\t\t\t<p>No, for simplicity of processing patch requests for this challenge, only online credit card purchases will be accepted.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tIs my credit card payment secure?\n\t\t\t\t<p>Yes.
